canning

here are some labels we made for the jams, chutney's and sauces we've made this year.

our most favourite and prized jam.  currently "out of stock" in the larder.  (but we do have back-up in the freezer, just waiting for a cold January day to do some canning)

a very respectable "second" in our jam world.  dh likes to put a dollop on his granola/yougurt mix in the morning.... yummy

a good way to send our cranberries out of the territory to family and friends.

we made this to replace mango chutney with our  Indian food dishes.  turns out it's pretty good in any dish. (avatars of  lara and dh courtesy of Georgi)
